We specialise in alloy wheel repair. We chemically strip the wheel, sand blast and prep any kerb damage, then load it into our RDM oven and booth for powder primer, followed by powder colour or wet painting in your requested colour then finish with Our powder clear coat to protect the wheel and leaves a deep gloss finish.

Our Services Include
Chemical Stripping
Wheels or parts are chemically dipped to strip all old paint or powder coat off, then neutralised, washed clean and dried, stripping them to bare metal ready for the sand blaster.
Sand Blasting
All wheels and parts are sand blasted to remove any rust, corrosion or debris this also gives the ideal finish for the powder coat to adhere to.
Wheel Repair & Diamond Cutting
We also offer diamond cutting, and can repair any damaged wheels Eg. Kerb damage, flat spots, buckles, and cracks.
Powder Coating
We can powder coat just about anything metal in any colour you request, including finishes like Texture Coat, Matt, Satin, Gloss and Extreme Hi-gloss Clear.
Colour Matching
We also have the facilities on site to colour match any wheel to any factory wheel colour or vehicle body colour. We can also produce any custom colours you might like, including Flip colours, Flakes, Xirallic Pearls, Candy colours and Chrome.
Wet Painting
After powder primer stage we can wet paint any factory colour or any custom colours you can imagine then powder clear coat for an Extreme High gloss finish with powder coat protection.
Wheel Balancing & Tyres
All Wheels & Tyres removed will be balanced.
If your tyres are a little low on tread we can order in any make or brand of tyres so we can fit fresh rubber onto the freshly refurbished wheels if needed.
Torqued Wheel Nuts
It’s company policy to torque all wheel nuts to factory specification upon completion, which is then double checked. All wheel nuts should be checked for torque after 40 miles of road use and we offer this as a free service for all customers. Just pop in after 40 miles for a quick check to ensure everything is up to spec.
